By using any Yutoriverse product or service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our services

Yutoriverse builds and operates software applications. We strive to keep our services available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

Some of our apps require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use our services to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our apps.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in our products are owned by Yutoriverse. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. Your content remains yours — we don't claim ownership of data you create within our apps.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refund policies are governed by the app store through which the purchase was made.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty. Yutoriverse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
